Aruba Surf Resort FAQs

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 2pm, Check-out is 10am.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes, a late check-out is subject to availability - a small fee may apply.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free Wi-Fi is available.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are serviced mid-stay for consecutive stays of 9 or more nights. Guests can request a service for shorter stays, however a small fee will apply.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Linen is supplied for all registered guests.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, if you require check in after hours please proceed to reception where you can use the after-hours phone to reach our friendly staff who will advise you of the combination to the safe where your keys and directions to your room will be waiting for you.

Q: Is there car parking available?

FREE Parking (only allow one vehicle per unit)

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Aruba Surf Resort is positioned within 5 minute walk to Oasis Shopping centre and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Oasis Mall features a variety of cafes, restaurants.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Oasis Shopping centre is a 3 mintue walk to Woolworths or Pacific Fair shopping centre is located within a 5 mintues walk where you can find Coles & Woolworths Supermarket.

Q: How far away is the race track?

The Gold Coast Turf Club is 6.9km from Aruba Surf Resort.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

The local bus service is Surfside buses, a bus stop is positioned in Surf Parade a 250m walk. Please ask at reception for all bus routes and timetables.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Aruba Surf Resort is located 100m to a patrolled Beach.

The Star Casino, Draculas, The Convention Centre, Oasis Shopping Centre, Pacific Shopping Centre are a short stroll away.

Dreamworld and Movieworld are located on the M1 North 29.2 km, approximately a 26 minute drive, alternatively we can organise transfer to all Theme Parks and attractions.
